Our partners Alden Yeoh and Benjamin Chia have advised Alpha Galaxy Sdn. Bhd. and Alpha Galaxy 1 Berhad on the proposed acquisition of three (3) plots of leasehold land from Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad and its wholly owned subsidiary for a total purchase consideration of RM306.07 million.
